HANDLING & STORAGE: Corrosive liquid with extremely irritating vapours. Emits toxic fumes if heated todecomposition. Avoid ingestion, inhalation and skin contact. Ensure adequate ventilation. Store in a cool dry place. Reacts exothermically with water liberating corrosive fumes. Suitable contact materials include glass, lead and nickel. Combat fires with carbon dioxide or dry chemical extinguishers.
